Join Our Digital Solutions Team: Business Analyst/Project Manager
We’re expanding our Digital Solutions Organization, which manages cutting-edge SaaS platforms, develops low-code solutions with the Power Platform and Power BI, and supports custom ASP.net applications. We’re looking for a talented Business Analyst/Project Manager to help drive innovation, ensure seamless application stewardship, and deliver impactful solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate & Deliver: Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, create detailed analysis/design artifacts, and manage small to medium-sized projects using standardized processes.
- Champion Data Quality & Governance: Ensure compliance, maintain metadata, and implement robust security measures for SaaS applications.
- Own Application Lifecycles: Monitor performance, oversee upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with SaaS vendors.
- Foster Engagement: Act as a liaison between IT and business users, provide application support, and gather feedback to enhance usability and functionality.
Key Technical Skills
- Power Platform: Expertise in Power Apps and Power Automate (2+ years preferred), governance, and fostering a Power Apps community of practice.
- Power BI: Develop impactful dashboards and analytics.
- Custom Development: Hands-on experience with ASP.net, C#, and .NET for custom applications.
- Data Tools: Proficiency in SQL Server, Oracle, SSRS, and SSIS.
- Azure DevOps: CI/CD pipeline familiarity and workflow management expertise.
